After taking a short break to tackle some more screenplays (and more research of course), BEYOND THE HOWLING is finally taking shape. There are still so many interviews to do, not all of my completed interviews are listed yet, but I will get around to it. I am posted the front page of the manuscript, dated today (UK time), as it changes every time I save the document. R.I.P Gary Brandner

Sad news has reached me that Gary Brandner has died. Gary was a true friend to me who showed unwavering support of this project in it's many forms and was always on hand to offer advice about writing and movie-making. I will surely miss him as will his huge fan-base worldwide. But Gary leaves a fantastic legacy behind in the novels he wrote. He was proud of each and every one of them, and we have enjoyed reading them. Good-bye Gary! I will miss you.

Managed to get my hands on Robert Sarno's revised draft for Howling II (note on cover page, no subtitle. Neither Your Sister is a Werewolf or Stirba: Werewolf Bitch). It makes for interesting reading, with great similarities and great differences. The second film should make a great chapter!! Stay tuned for more...

I am very sad to report that Nigel Triffitt, who played The Professor in Howling V: The Rebirth as well as acting as the film's Production Designer, and Jim Brock, who played Brock in The Howling: New Moon Rising, have passed away.

Mr Brock did conduct a brief interview with me in early 2011, I hope to include his words in the book. Mr Brock's legacy is his book, Poems for Drunken Atheists: Illustrated by the Author. You can find a copy here:
